Kay offers a range of lovely flowing Yoga styles, from Tuesday evenings Gentle Flow, to our early morning Sun Rise Yoga.

With over 30 years of experience within Holistic Therapies and a wealth of experience teaching of Tai Chi, QiGong and Meditation, we are privilege to have Terry teaching with My Core Wellbeing.
