Here are some of the more common questions we get asked here at My Core Wellbeing, however if you don't find your answer here, please get in touch and we'll be sure to answer it for you 🙂
I'm not sure if physio can help me, is it worth getting in touch?
Definitely! We hear this all the time. "It's wear and tear" and "old age" are phrases that get used far too often these days and mislead people to believing that there's nothing that can be done to help them (you may have even been told this by someone?). But there's always something that can be done, even if it is to help ease any pain and stop the underlying issue from getting worse, so you can continue to live your life to the fullest for years to come!
How can I booked a Physio session?*

Physiotherapy... does it hurt?!
There are lots of different techniques that physio's use and, depending on the injury, it can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable, but more often that not it just feels good to know that you're getting it fixed! and, of course, you're always in control and we'd never do anything you aren't 100% happy with.
Do I need to pre-book the classes?
The classes do have limited spaces and due to popularity we ask you to book in for classes (we'd hate to have to turn anyone away!)
To book you call Emma in the Office on 01287 349643 or email [email protected]
I'm suffering with an injury but not sure what to do for the best, can I speak with someone first?
Of course! We recommend you do. The most important thing is your health so we need to make sure we get it right. Sammy is alway happy to chat over the phone or email so you can ask any questions and gain the experts advice first.
